The consultation phase is quick introduction & exchange of information regarding services & client need. Consultations are scheduled in 15-minute increments. During the consultation, the potential client will briefly discuss their business, goals, & needs. Stephy Says will assess & evaluate information shared & determine if needs can be met by our company.

Consultations are free for up to 5 minutes. Any consultations exceeding 15 minutes will result in termination of the FREE session, & start billed sessions. Session time will be computed by Clockify software. Client will be billed at $0.50 per minute thereafter. Following the completion of appointment, the clients will be invoiced.

To become a client of Stephy Says Enterprise, an intake process occurs. The initial step of the intake is a consultation to discover if needs can be met by our company and to establish ability to work with one another. If it is determined that services can be offered, the client will receive a welcome letter as well as a business overview, a detailed list of services offered, acknowledgement of policies and procedures form, photo media release consent, and client agreement. Signatures are required.

The investment fee varies dependent upon the needed services, duration of services needed, and fees of software, programs, and additional resources needed to complete the services satisfactorily.

Ongoing services will be invoiced monthly on the 15th of each month in accordance with the client agreement and should be paid in full by the 30th of each month to avoid late fees. Individual services will be invoiced on the 1st of the month and should be paid in full by the 15th of the month to avoid late fees. There will be no retainer fees, however, a standard fee of $0.25 will be applied per 100 views on promoted content. Please be sure to thoroughly review client agreement for other additional fees and payment schedules. "Rush jobs" will require an ADDTIONAL FEE. The fee is at the discretion of the company and will be priced according to acts of labor and time use to complete tasks. Time will be monitored by Clockify software. Stephy Says also holds the right to request personal & financial information including credit card numbers, address, phone number, etc.
